Experience:
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
• Execute operational plans and initiatives in alignment with the organization's vision, objectives, and brand standards.
• Establish monthly targets for revenue generation, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency, and implement corrective measures to achieve desired outcomes.
• Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns, menu innovations, and seasonal offerings to enhance revenue and guest engagement.
• Explore new business opportunities, customer segments, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams to drive business growth.
• Develop and enforce service standards and operating procedures to ensure a consistently exceptional dining experience.
• Maintain and manage guest databases to facilitate personalized service, customer retention, and loyalty-building initiatives.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat patronage and enhance brand reputation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Prepare and present periodic operational, financial, and performance reports for management review and decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and motivate restaurant team members while ensuring compliance with grooming, hygiene, and service excellence standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and food quality standards.
