We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Restaurant Manager/ Shift In-charge for Bashundhara Amusement Park.
∎ Bashundhara Amusement Park Ltd is planning to rope in the restaurant business emphasized by the passion of quality and excellence in food, atmosphere, and service, are seeking bright and talented professionals for the food chain business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant function: Quality check, sanitation, company policies and procedures, Personnel Management, Record-Keeping.
∎ Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food & beverage preparation and service.
∎ Manage shifts which include: daily scheduling and planning.
∎ Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
∎ Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs.
∎ Prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts.
∎ Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
∎ Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
∎ Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare all required paperwork including reports, forms, and schedule in an organized and timely manner.
∎ Communicate well on all aspects of weekly operations by leading weekly team management meetings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Salary : 18000 - 35000 (Based on candidate work experience)
∎ Candidate must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Should be friendly and well mannered.
∎ Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
∎ Must be a team player and able to work under pressure and in complex situations.
∎ Goal oriented & can do attitude.
