Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years’ experience in hospitality industry with 5 years in managerial Position.
∎ Formal Training in Hotel Management is preferred.
∎ Has to be Physically fit to work long hours and during weekends.
∎ Handling heavy traffic of guests at Restaurant.
∎ Has to have experience in Kitchen, Store and Purchase Management.
∎ Skills required to manage cash and waiters.
∎ Familiar with Compliance Issues like license, health and safety, fire, vat etc.
∎ Will be responsible for Sales and Marketing.
∎ Fluency in both Bangla and English preferred.
∎ Attractive salary and benefits up to 1 lac taka subject to experience & efficiency.
∎ Has to be able to join at the earliest.
