∎ BA Honors or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management, Diploma in Hotel Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruiting and supervising staffs of the restaurant.
∎ Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
∎ Planning, agreeing, and managing plans & budgets.
∎ Planning menus with the team.
∎ Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
∎ Promoting and marketing the business.
∎ Overseeing stock levels & ordering supplies for the restaurant.
∎ Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
∎ Producing & Managing staff Roster.
∎ Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
∎ Taking reservations.
∎ Greeting and advising customers.
∎ Problem-solving.
∎ Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
∎ Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
∎ Handling administration and paperwork.
∎ Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, and sales representatives.
∎ Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
∎ Reporting to GM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

∎ Skills Required: Commercial, Communication, Customer Handling, Customer Service, patience and flexible, team work
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hotel & Restaurant
∎ Must be a team player, and have to have a good communication rapport with the kitchen and the service staff of the restaurant.
