• Age 30 to 55 years
• Only Male

• Experience must be within 7-15 years.

• Added advantage if experince in Asian Fine Dine restaurants (Hong Bao, Kiyoshi, Red Chamber, Laughing Buddha, Soi 71, Thai Emerald etc.)

• Expert in Ms Office (especially MS Excel)

• Team Management experience

• Good proficiency in English

Ekkamai, Dhaka is authentic Thai fine dine with influence from the Isaan Province (Khon Khaen Region) of Thailand. The restaurant is new, however is bred from veteran and seasoned founders of Tastemaker Group who also owns Tarka, ShangHigh, Shawarma Sheikh, Arax etc. Ekkamai is situated at Gulshan Avenue, spanning over a 4500sqft premium real estate, a international quality and grade kitchen headed by expat chef.

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality standards.

• Lead, train, and motivate front and back-of-house staff.

• Manage reservations, inventory, and supplier relationships.

• Monitor financial performance including sales, costs, and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.

• Handle customer feedback professionally to ensure excellent guest experiences.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and marketing teams to drive sales and promotions.

• Ensure Staff discipline, reporting accuracy, stakeholder management and investor relations.
