Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Hospitality Management or Other relevant field .
∎ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff members.
∎ Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
∎ Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance employee performance.
∎ Handle disciplinary actions when necessary, following company policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
∎ Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
∎ Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
∎ Monitor and manage restaurant expenses to maximize profitability.
∎ Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
∎ Implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues or deficiencies.
∎ Develop and manage the restaurant budget, including revenue projections and expense control.
∎ Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

∎ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant IN-charge to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
