Experience:
1. Marketing and Promotion
Target: Maintain an average monthly occupancy rate of 80%, with a discount range of 20–30%.
Support and/or execute monthly promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
Monitor OTA platform and corporate agencies
2. Revenue and Profitability
Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
Maintain operational expenses within approved budgets.
Ensure all purchases are cost-competitive and quality-checked.
3. Guest Satisfaction
Achieve a guest satisfaction score above 95% or above (based on feedback forms, online reviews, TripAdvisor and/or, and Google ratings).
Respond to all guest reviews within 24 hours and ensure 80–90% positive resolution.
4. Staff Performance and Retention
Keep staff turnover below 10%.
Conduct monthly staff training sessions on hospitality, customer service, compliance and safety.
Achieve a staff satisfaction score of at least 80% (based on internal surveys).
Ensure staff are motivated, loyal, and committed, even during challenging situations.
5. Operational Efficiency
Maintain resort facilities (rooms, restaurant, pool, gardens, etc.) at 95–100% operational readiness.
Complete emergency maintenance requests within 1–4 hours.
Ensure regular deep cleaning and adherence to housekeeping checklists.
Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment on a timely basis.
Default accessories and amenities of the room are as it is and remain maintained on a regular basis.
The landscape affected by rain and drought must be restored soon checking with the previous references.
Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
Monitor and coordinate CapEx work proactively.
7. Compliance and Safety
Ensure 100% compliance with all local regulations (fire safety, food safety, labor laws).
Conduct quarterly safety drills and audits.
Ensure all licenses and registrations are up to date.
8. Innovation and Service Improvement
Implement at least 1 new service, event, or package every month to enhance guest experience.
Propose cost-saving or revenue-generating ideas monthly.
9. Relationship Management
Build relationships with local stakeholders such as local government, VAT office, police stations, tourist police, associations, tour operators, agencies, and businesses.
Represent the resort at local tourism-related events.
Miscellaneous:
· Updating all necessary files and documents with necessary amendments (if any).
· More Detailed and proactiveness towards every segment of each department.
· Policy and guidelines development with the help of respective departments.
