A renowned multinational group of companies is seeking a skilled and professional Resort Manager to join the team. The Resort Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient management of staff, and achievement of financial goals. This role involves supervising daily activities, maintaining high service standards, and coordinating across departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day resort operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and recreation.

· Ensure all departments operate efficiently and meet service standards.

· Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through quality service and prompt issue resolution.

· Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.

· Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.

· Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.

· Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

· Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability.

· Implement cost-control measures.

· Ensure compliance with local laws, health, and safety regulations.

· Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and security standards.

· Manage procurement of supplies and maintain inventory levels.

· Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

· Oversee events, conferences, and guest activities hosted at the resort.

· Ensure smooth execution of special programs and VIP services.
