Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resort Manager to oversee all aspects of our organization’s operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in hospitality. You will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining the Resort financial health.
Responsibilities:
Daily operations.
Developing and implementing business strategies.
Overseeing guest services and guest satisfaction.
Managing staff, including hiring, training and performance.
Controlling revenue, expenses and budgets.
Ensuring a high standard of facilities and service.
Handle emergencies.
