• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Diploma in Hotel Management

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA/MBA) in Management or Marketing or

• Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management is preferred.

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based Startup

• Age 35 to 45 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Resort.

• Alternatively, candidates with practical experience as a hotel or resort manager in Bangladesh or abroad will also be considered.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resort Manager to oversee all aspects of our organization’s operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in hospitality. You will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining the Resort financial health.

Responsibilities:

• Daily operations.

• Developing and implementing business strategies.

• Overseeing guest services and guest satisfaction.

• Managing staff, including hiring, training and performance.

• Controlling revenue, expenses and budgets.

• Ensuring a high standard of facilities and service.

• Handle emergencies.
