Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Handle reservations and ticketing for domestic and international flights
∎ - Utilize Galileo and Sabre systems proficiently
∎ - Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
∎ - Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures
∎ - Keep abreast of industry trends and updates
∎ - Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 2 years of experience in reservation and ticketing
∎ Proficiency in Galileo and Sabre reservation systems
∎ Must know how to issue, reissue, refund and revalidate.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent problem-solving abilities
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy in processing bookings
∎ Knowledge of airline regulations and procedures
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
