∎ Job Location Paltan China Town, Dhaka- 1000.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sell Tickets and Hotel Reservations for both domestic and international routes.
∎ Issue/Re-Issue/Refund and void Mandatory.
∎ Making suggestions on visas, vaccinations and travel security.
∎ Inform applicants of visa-related information.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.
∎ Monitor market fares versus air add-on charts and recommend changes as necessary from published fares, group fares, fare sales, web, low-cost carriers, airline contracts, and consolidators.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ 2-4 Years in Ticketing & Reservation.
∎ A self - starter attitude with a confident and personable nature.
∎ Ability to handle stressful situations and strict deadlines.
∎ Fluent in Bangla & English.
