Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone·
∎ Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections·
∎ Issue tickets, and other travel documents·
∎ Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling and special needs·
∎ Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel·
∎ Process ticket changes and refunds·
∎ Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints·
∎ Ticketing: Issue tickets, process reservations, and handle booking modifications while adhering to airline policies and procedures.·
∎ Problem Resolution: Address passenger concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to supervisors or management as needed.
