Job Context:
∎ KB Travels is an IATA Accredited and ATAB Approved Travel Agency in Bangladesh since 2018. KB Travels has been providing air ticket booking, hotel booking, visa processing and meet and support services with a good reputation. We are looking for some more members to improve the service quality of KB Travels.
∎ Job Location: STARBASE, Mirpur DOHS Cultural Center, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka-1216
∎ Duty Time: 04:00PM - 10:00PM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome our respected clients by greeting them, answering questions, and responding to requests.
∎ To deal efficiently and politely with telephone, email, social media, and in-person inquiries.
∎ Create bookings using our online portal and provide Air Ticket Booking, Hotel Booking, Meet and greet, and Visa Processing services to respected clients.
∎ To ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with complete and precise information and that they are input accurately and promptly into the system.
∎ To ensure that all work meets company standards and is according to the training given; all function paperwork must be accurate and complete, including catering requirements, guest preferences, booking supplements, and payment details.
∎ Informing clients about the company's other services and describing how they will benefit by taking our services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply.
∎ If have experience in hotel/travels agency reservation is a plus.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Social Media Operate, English & Bangla Typing, English Fluent Speaking.
