Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS) in Economic, Sociology, Anthropology or related subjects

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting quantitative data analysis.
∎ Carrying out qualitative data collection (FGDs, KII, Case Studies) from marginalised and vulnerable people in different locations.
∎ Conducting qualitative data analysis.
∎ Carrying out desktop research, using a range of methods and sources of data, related to inequality, social exclusion and related issues.
∎ Producing research outputs reports for a range of audiences including analysis, report writing and presentations.
∎ Any other duties as required by the line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only third genders are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of designing quantitative and qualitative research tools, participatory research, data analysis using Excel and/or SPSS.
∎ Experience of working with marginalized groups.
∎ Published social research outputs.
∎ Sound IT literacy knowledge with MS Office and internet proficiency.
∎ Fluency in English and Bangla both speaking and writing.
∎ The job required field visits.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Revision of salary and other benefits are admissible after completion probation period.
