Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing and Communication:
∎ Disseminate our mission, vision, values and positioning and how the company strategically differentiates from competitors
∎ Ensure strong, consistent branding to internal and external stakeholders
∎ Manage the marketing and communication strategies and plans
∎ Research, draft, and disseminate corporate content such as press releases, media alerts, media pitches, event invites, presentations, reports and internal communications as needed
∎ Evaluate effectiveness of the marketing and communication strategies
∎ Business Development:
∎ Generate new business and initiate and manage business development initiatives based on plans and strategies
∎ Assist in establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones
∎ Participate in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities
∎ Set up marketing and communication plans for new concepts, propositions and services
∎ Proactively identify sales opportunities and develop proposals
∎ Lead the business development proposal process for long term and short term proposals
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new business and proposals (ideas till budgets)
∎ Aids in closing new business deals by managing contract and handing over the proposal and contract information to programme team and operations
∎ Copy writing and editing:
∎ Write, proof and edit content across the business to ensure that it is correct, concise and accurate
∎ Ensure the compliance is maintained to a uniform set of standards
∎ Ensure the copy is formatted correctly for publication

∎ Strong customer service skills-looks forward to speaking and working with clients (internal with all Departments and external clients)
∎ Business oriented
