Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master's Degree in Development Studies, Sociology, Statistics or similar that is relevant in the development sector.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build network or use existing network to liaise with organizations
∎ Supervise or coordinate with researchers and development
∎ Provide support in different projects of the company
∎ Prepare project proposals
∎ Experienced and apt in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
∎ Monitoring and supervision of the project activities
∎ Coordination with field level project staff and field planning for the team
∎ Conduct desk review, literature review and other backend study as required
∎ Conduct data collection through field visit for projects as required.
∎ Prepare/support in qualitative and quantitative instruments, survey, questionnaire, etc.
∎ Provide training or provide support to facilitators
∎ Must be able to prepare financials/budgeting
∎ Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
∎ Develop concepts, products and solutions by working with company business units.
∎ Document all phases of research and development.
∎ Manage customer relationships and perform RFP Review, Customer Visits and Product Testing.
∎ Handle research and development of immunoassays on manual of automated platforms.

∎ Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
∎ Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
