Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading and coordinating research
∎ Ensuring technical and thematic support
∎ Quality control of the research
∎ DME of the research project
∎ Donor management and collaboration
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Research experience and publication (both qualitative and quantitative)
∎ Expertise in program design, monitoring and evaluation
∎ Thematic knowledge on climate resilient WASH
∎ Attitude that is team focused with the skills and ability to work independently and collaborate among an interdepartmental collaborative environment
∎ Adept in capturing leaning and documentation
∎ Skilled in report writing
∎ Experienced in developing collaboration with the INGOs and Universities
∎ Have updated knowledge on research and DME
∎ Developing research brief
∎ At least 5-7 years of experience of working in DME/research/knowledge management/in/ climate resilient WASH programming from any reputed organizations.
∎ Proven expertise of leading research (with journal publication)
∎ Demonstrated/ Proven experience in working with inter- departmental, cross -organizational and cross-cultural teams
∎ Must be willing and able to travel fields (at least 50%)
∎ In locations of entire Bangladesh among cross cultural people.
∎ Working with different local and international lingual people.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
