Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and review literature;
∎ Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, data collection, and analysis techniques;
∎ Demonstrated experience in conducting research on refugee-related issues, including familiarity with refugee contexts and challenges;
∎ Participate in writing and revising reports based on study findings;
∎ Discuss research findings during dissemination activities;
∎ Coordinate and liaise with relevant stakeholders;
∎ Contribute to evidence-based policy advocacy;
∎ Provide general support as a team member of CPJ's Refugee Studies Unit as requested.
∎ Travel in and outside Dhaka, if required;
∎ Any other assignments or duties related to CPJ's research.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in spoken and written English.
∎ Knowledge of refugee protection frameworks, international humanitarian law, and human rights principles is advantageous.
