Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Candidates of other discipline with MSc in Psychology, Medical Anthropology, Social Science or related field can also apply
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, Good writing skills, Organizational Skills, Scientific Research

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Qualitative research, Research Support
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help in organizing and conducting FGDs, In-depth interviews and observation learning.
∎ Directly collect data from Face to Face interview and naturalistic observation
∎ Oversee and guide local community health and/or field workers
∎ Work in close liaison with local religious/traditional leaders
∎ Help in transcription and preparing coding book
∎ Analyze and inform any related research issues that arisen in the field promptly
∎ Help in discussion based on their field visit and interaction with the community in preparation of training materials in co-designing and codevelop.
∎ Compilation of written and multi-media outputs, including case studies, research papers, reports and blogs
∎ Collation of information and reporting research outputs
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Principal Investigator.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate with experience in qualitative qualitative research will be given preference.
∎ Experience in collecting both qualitative data and naturalistic observation will be given preference.
∎ Fluent in both Bangla and English at the academic level and able to interpret and translate fluently between these languages.
∎ Able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as required by the project.
