Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) in Psychology
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) or Masters in Psychology, Anthropology, Social Science, Statistics or Health Economics with Masters in Public Health (MPH) or MPhil.
∎
∎ Previous experience in research will be an added benefit.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect data from different research sites in Dhaka.
∎ Organise and analyse data in a professional manner.
∎ Oversee and guide community workers to facilitate data collection and other day to day research activities.
∎ Work in close liaison with local faith based, traditional healers, health professionals and person with serious mental disorders.
∎ Analyse and inform any related research issues that arisen in the field promptly.
∎ Help in discussion based on their field visit and interaction with the community in preparation of training materials in co-designing and codevelop.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Principal Investigator.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with experience in qualitative qualitative research will be given preference.
∎ Experience in collecting both qualitative data and naturalistic observation will be given preference.
∎ Fluent in both Bangla and English at the academic level and able to interpret and translate fluently between these languages.
