Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science (Statistics, Anthropology, Sociology, Development Studies, Environmental Science, Economics or relevant field) from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Development Research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the effective implementation of the project activities with maximum efficiency and professionalism by planning, budget preparing and work plan.
∎ Preparation and conduct of baseline & follow up survey.
∎ Facilitate water quality testing and Field enumerator’s training.
∎ Organize meeting and workshop.
∎ Develop data collection tools, data analysis and report writing.
∎ Track and report on project progress
∎ Other related tasks as needed

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Academic and/or work experience related to the field of social research
∎ Experience with specialized software or datasets (SPSS/ Access, Excel) as required by the supervisor
∎ Sound knowledge on water, sanitation and community mobilization.
∎ Proved experience in conducting household level survey, PRA, FGD and case study
∎ Qualitative data analysis and compilation skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Research Organization
∎ Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
∎ Ability to work closely with team members as well as independently
∎ Valid motorcycle driving license

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
