Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FGD, KII, Research and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in research and data collection
∎ Ensuring quality control of the research
∎ Responding to the donors requirement in time
∎ Working closely with the research consultant and ensuring all the technical support
∎ Responsible to store all the relevant documents
∎ Visiting field and quality control of the research
∎ Supporting Senior Manager- Communication, Strategy and Innovation in proper monitoring of the research
∎ Assisting the consultant while data collection and sharing feedback while developing transcript
∎ Reviewing study tools and sharing feedback
∎ Sharing the donors’ requirement with the consultants and ensuring that all the feedback is incorporated by the consultant
∎ Developing research brief, concept note based on the research
∎ Organizing research dissemination
∎ Guest management for the research sharing
∎ Assisting in collaboration and partnering of the research

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ As per organizational policy
