∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Writing english
∎ Training/Trade Course: Advance computer training,MS Excel,MS Access
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Environmental analysis, Environmental Policies, Microsoft Excel, profesional english writing, Strong communication skills , Time Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ability to Work Under Pressure, English (Language), Project Management, Project proposal writing, Reporting and Documentation, Spoken and written fluency in English, Strong communication skills , typing skill in English and Bangla

Job Context:
∎ ESDO is an organization that focuses on environmental action research to create a world that is just, toxic-free, and zero-waste. ESDO aims to transition from a linear and extractive economy to a circular system that upholds people`s right to a secure and sustainable environment. This process tackles pollution and generates regenerative solutions in urban settings through campaigns, policy shifts, financial aid, research, communication, and mobilization. Our primary intervention areas are plastic, zero waste, incineration, pollution, chemicals and climate.
∎ The ESDO Project team needs a Project Associate to assist with national and international organization, support ESDO work, manage priority policy spaces, communicate policy questions to a variety of audiences, and handle national and international coordination and related logistics. The person is experienced in national and international multicultural environments, devoted to social and environmental justice, and self-motivated.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing policy and research discussions in national and regional spaces to identify and respond to threats and opportunities through collaborative campaigning
∎ Facilitate coordination spaces (calls, email lists, chats) and set up and maintain coordination tools (shared documents and folders)
∎ Provide support (such as research, policy advice, and connections to experts) to organizations intervening in national and regional policy processes (as needed, based on availability and prioritization with ESDO National & Global Policy Work)
∎ Assist waste trade and other plastics policy work with ESDO colleagues and partners in different
∎ regions.
∎ Engage with various knowledge and learning networks within ESDO partners, working closely with relevant organizational learning initiatives to better coordinate activities.
∎ Actively participate in the national and regional community of practice focused on assigned project activities.
∎ Help showcase project impact through media articles, blog posts and other engagement methods with a target audience of stakeholders in the donor community.
∎ Help develop high-quality project outreach materials such as brochures, multi-media presentations, photographs and video snippets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Outreach experience to different constituencies, communities
∎ Travel & events coordination experience
∎ Experience and ease in working with others across markedly different time zones
∎ Ability to work with rural communities, hardworking and traveling is needed

Salary:
∎ Starting Tk. 22,000 for six months provision period (after six months` salary will be re-fix up to Tk. 25,000 as per ability and skills)
