Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science,Chemistry, Geology, Botany, Zoology, Soil, water and environment, Agriculture, MPH, Chemistry
∎ Master's Degree with Science background, Environmental Science will be preferable. BDS/MPH will be encouraged.
∎ University of Dhaka,University of Chittagong,Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Jahangirnagar University,Khulna University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Adobe In design, Bangla and english typing Skills, creativity and innovation, Data Analysis, profesional english writing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ability to Work Under Pressure, BIJOY, communication and interpersonal skill., Computer Operating, English Language, Report Writing

Research and Campaign Associate will be responsible for conduct research, learning, knowledge management, and campaign & advocacy activities under assigned project. He/She will play a key role to conduct study and report writing, project development, and optimum use of ICT tools. Additionally, Research and Campaign Associate will be responsible for policy and campaign material development for ESDO programs as well as the international community of practice.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design & execute research and documentation
∎ Learning and communication activities,
∎ Project implementation and management,
∎ Report writing,
∎ Event management
∎ Issue based campaign and advocacy
∎ Dissemination and Outreach
∎ Engage with various knowledge and learning networks within ESDO partners, working closely with relevant organizational learning initiatives to better coordinate activities.
∎ Actively participate in the national and regional community of practice focused on assign project activities.
∎ Help showcase project impact through media articles, blog posts and other engagement methods with a target audience of stakeholders in the donor community.
∎ Help develop high quality program outreach materials such as brochures, multi-media presentations, photographs and video snippets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills & Competencies Required:
∎ Langague: Very good writing and communication skills on English and Bangla
∎ Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change in complex organizations
∎ Computing: Must have typing speed English: minimum 50 words/ minutes and Bangla (Bajoy): 35 words/ minutes, Very good in MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Picture Manager
∎ Time management and multi tasks
∎ Experience Requirement:
∎ The position requires a candidate with minimum of 1 years of experience in international development with a specific focus on learning, knowledge, and/or research activities on environmental health.
∎ Experience assessing knowledge sharing needs and identifying effective dissemination and learning activities/programs.
∎ Ability to articulate technical program learnings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
∎ Familiarity with graphic design and video editing skills (preferred but not required).
∎ Quantitative or mixed-method and analytical skills would be a plus.
∎ Bengali language proficiency would also be a plus.
∎ Good writing and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge and skills of Microsoft Windows 10 or upgraded version, Excel, SPSS, Zoom, e-mail and web applications with certificates of Diploma on Computer Education.
∎ Typing speed English 60 words in a minute, Bangla- 35 words in a minute
∎ Needs-based project visit and travel within the country
∎ Self-ability to supervise and manage field project and its activities
∎ Ability to work with rural communities, hardworking, and frequent traveling are needed,
∎ Sound health is also a requirement.

Salary:
∎ Starting Tk. 20,500(twenty thousand five hundred) for six months probation period; after successful probation, if found satisfactory job will be regularized and salary will re fix maximum Tk. 25,000
