∎ Interpreting research specifications and developing a work plan that satisfies requirements.
∎ Conducting desktop research, and using books, journal articles, newspaper sources, questionnaires, surveys, polls, and interviews to gather data.
∎ Analyzing and interpreting patterns and trends.Recording findings by taking written notes and using appropriate software.
∎ Maintaining and protecting electronic databases.
∎ Assisting management with budget and time schedules.
∎ Anticipating research issues and promptly resolving them.
∎ Promptly reporting any problems to the relevant stakeholders.
∎ Following a strict code of ethics and protecting any confidential information at all times.
∎ Writing proposals and delivering presentations when required
∎ Attending client meeting, preparing meeting minutes Data collection, dissemination and presentation

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop Market research reports, Feasibility Study, Business Plan, Development Proposal, policy briefs, concept notes, research proposals etc.
∎ Assisting in the preparation of literature reviews, developing research tools, data collection, and analysis.
∎ Provide training and support to the stakeholders.
∎ Visiting the field to monitor data collection and provide active support in the process.
∎ Run Focus Group Discussions, key informant interviews, and surveys.
∎ Organizing and maintaining files for all data, sources of verification, and supporting documents
∎ Assist in organizing various knowledge-sharing events
∎ Coordinate project implementation and maintaining communication with clients and team members
∎ Eloquence in writing editorial, study essay, research paper on given topics, social media expression, drafting documents and news release etc.
∎ Managing project deadlines.
∎ Project Report finalization and submission
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor/Organization.
∎ Knowledge based writing and research mentality.
