Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and report on the activities and services;
∎ Develop and implement data collection tools and systems to collect information on the services provided, including attendance data and feedback from participants.
∎ Analyze and report on the effectiveness and impact of the services provided to women and girls in the camp, including any challenges or areas for improvement.
∎ Provide regular reports to the coordinator on the progress and impact of the projects;
∎ Work closely with the coordinator to ensure timely and accurate reporting to relevant stakeholders, including sectors and government partners.
∎ Ensure that all data and reports are accurate, complete, and in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
∎ Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders as needed to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience in monitoring and reporting in humanitarian or development programs.
∎ Strong analytical and report-writing skills, with experience in data collection and analysis.
∎ Experience in working with women and girls, particularly in a refugee or displacement context.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla; proficiency in Rohingya language is desirable.
∎ Familiarity with the Rohingya refugee crisis and the context in Cox's Bazar is preferred.
∎ Willingness to work in a challenging environment and ability to adapt to changing situations.
