∎ About the Role:
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced *Software Sales Representative* with a proven track record of closing deals, conducting product demos, and effectively following up on leads. This role requires a results-driven professional who has a well-defined sales process that consistently delivers results.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Lead Conversion: Engage and follow up on inbound and outbound leads to drive sales opportunities.
∎ Demos & Presentations: Conduct high-impact software demonstrations to showcase product value and close deals.
∎ Sales Process Management: Utilize a structured and repeatable sales methodology to bring in new customers and increase revenue.
∎ Negotiation & Closing: Develop strong relationships with prospects, handle objections, and successfully close deals.
∎ Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to optimize the customer journey and maximize conversion rates.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ Proven Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience in software sales with a strong closing record.
∎ Sales-Driven Mindset: Ability to work independently, meet and exceed quotas, and refine sales strategies as needed.
∎ Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and articulate the value of software solutions to potential customers.
∎ Process-Oriented: Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, or similar).
∎ CRM Proficiency: Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.
∎ Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence prospects.
