Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 3-5 years of proven experience managing Google and Meta ads campaigns.
∎ Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video).
∎ Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns.
∎ Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting for campaigns.
∎ Develop strategies to increase ROI and reduce CPC/CPM.
∎ Implement tracking tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and Meta Pixel for performance measurement.
∎ Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights.
∎ Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats in the digital advertising space.

∎ Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API setup.
∎ Language Skills:
∎ The candidate must have excellent command of English for effective communication and client interactions.Preferred Industry Expertise
∎ The candidate must have proven expertise in running successful ad campaigns for real estate businesses and other industries such as e-commerce, healthcare, education, and hospitality.
