• Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Class/Division

• Age At most 40 years

• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in microfinance programs and field-based roles will be preferred; however, freshers are also encouraged to apply
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of riding motorcycle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with grassroots communities.
• Willingness to work in field locations and engage directly with clients.
• Basic knowledge of Micro Credit products, field operations, and documentation.
• Good command over Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to rural work environments.

Job Context:

The Relationship Officer (RO) will be responsible for field-level execution of Micro Credit operations, including client acquisition, loan disbursement, monitoring, and recovery.

Position will be offered to deserving candidates based on experience, potential, and commitment to fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire potential microcredit clients in assigned areas to support business growth.
• Conduct area surveys and regular field visits to assess client eligibility, business viability, and creditworthiness.
• Promote and explain microcredit products, procedures, and benefits to low-income professionals, marginalized populations, and small entrepreneurs.
• Prepare and appraise loan proposals, compile all required documentation, and ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.
• Monitor loan utilization, maintain regular follow-ups, and support recovery efforts to ensure portfolio quality.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and engage with local community representatives to enhance outreach and trust.
• Maintain high standards of customer service while achieving individual and team business targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal bank policies, procedures, and all relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Support Area/Regional teams in executing sales strategies and meeting monthly/yearly goals.
• Analyze both financial and non-financial aspects of clients, guarantors, and collateral/security.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports and field updates to Line Manager or Area Manager.
• Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by the management in alignment with program goals.
