Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have a BBA/MBA/Master's degree or equivalent preferably in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Economics or any other related discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ New Client acquisition from the open market.
∎ Generate and achieve targets and report to the Management.
∎ Must thrive in stressful environments.
∎ Offer high-quality customer service in a professional manner.
∎ Possess sound knowledge regarding trading rules & other applicable rules & regulations of BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL & BB etc.
∎ To ensure all compliance of BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL & BB and any other regulatory concerns
∎ By evaluating the current Capital Market situation, making strategies considering the competitors for promotion/marketing for the development of the organization.
∎ Co-ordinated with Chief Executive Officer and Management about Business Development Strategy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Self-starter, proactive & quick learner
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
∎ Minimum 5 - 7 years of working experience in any recognized Merchant Bank/ Brokerage House especially in Business Development Department.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable based on background and experience.
