Education:
- Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Division/Class.
Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Minimum 02 years’ experience in SME/ Emerging Corporate business in a reputed banks /FIs
- Strong knowledge in banking/ financial services, SME products and compliances
- Knowledge on regulatory framework, Credit Appraisal, ICRRS and Prudential Guidelines on SME Businesses
- Well round knowledge of the Bank's operations and processes and excellent knowledge of credit policies and procedures
- Experience of working in centralized environment and real time on-line banking will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, public relationship, team building and people management skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Sufficient knowledge to operate Microsoft Office Applications
Responsibilities & Context: - To achieve set Small/ Emerging Corporate Business Asset & Liability targets in terms of sales volume and number of accounts to develop own portfolio
- Maintaining quality asset through effective retention and prioritizing relationships, having appropriate relationship management plan & taking consultative approach to understand client's objectives, effective identification of financial needs, offering financial solutions
- To develop sales strategies for product channels and managing existing portfolio health
- Monitor proper utilization of investment facilities in Small/ Emerging Corporate accounts and maintain the quality of risk assets and ensure periodic review of the facilities
- Prepare proposal through evaluating customer investment applications using a range of criteria including purpose of application, investment viability, customer payment history, customer credit-worthiness etc.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer's business through regular customer visits and industry research
- Monitor non-performing investments and decide on appropriate strategies and plan to liaise with recovery activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements
- To follow and maintain the compliance of all types and policies of the competent authorities
