Job Context:
∎ Social Assistance and Rehabilitation for the Physically Vulnerable (SARPV) is a non- government, non-political, Bangladeshi organization providing humanitarian support to the Rohingya people at Bhasan Char. As part of its Health & Nutrition interventions in support with WFP & UNHCR, SARPV is going to implement "Integrated nutrition intervention for Rohingya refugees living in Bhasan Char" project from 1st September 2022.
∎ Competency: Device operating, internet browsing for the basic communication.
∎ Employment Status: Contractual, until 31st December, 2022 (Renewable)
∎ Job Location: Bhasan Char, NoakhaliOverall Objective:
∎ This position is responsible for the registration and documentation of information of the beneficiaries, reporting of the registered beneficiaries and to preserve the information properly.
∎ Key Job Responsibilities:
∎ Admissions of eligible beneficiaries (children U5 and PLW) in the program.
∎ Warm welcoming to the caregivers and beneficiaries.
∎ Recording all the basic and anthropometric measurement of the children (height, weight, MUAC, bilateral edema and W/H z-score) and PLW (height, weight and MUAC).
∎ Explain the supplementary and follow up procedures in the nutrition center, especially regular presence and follow up during the prevention.
∎ Registration of all the beneficiaries in the nutrition center providing unique beneficiary registration number and following admission criteria.
∎ Follow up visit of Beneficiaries in the nutrition center
∎ Recording all the anthropometric data of the beneficiaries during follow up visits.
∎ Identifying absentees and defaulters and listing down so that they can be properly followed up through home visits.
∎ Ensuring the home visits of the newly admitted, absent, defaulter and non-responder beneficiaries.
∎ Date maintenance during the entire staying period of a beneficiary in the program.

∎ Discharge of the Beneficiaries
∎ Check if all the procedures are completed before discharge (anthropometric measurements, discharge according to the protocol etc.)
∎ Record all the necessary information on the registration book and card for each beneficiary.
∎ Reporting and statistic of the center
∎ Submit monthly tally and statistical report on beneficiaries admitted and discharged according to criteria, by age group and gender group.
∎ Provide daily report on absentees and defaulters to the outreach team for following up and home visits.
∎ To preserve the reports regularly.
∎ Assist the nutrition staffs in the required tasks
∎ Assist the GMP Counselor in NEP.
∎ Participate in the mobilization at center level.
∎ Performed the program related task assigned by the line manager
∎ Abiding by organizational and donor policies and humanitarian principles
∎ The position is expected to uphold the values of SARPV
∎ He/she must learn about the donor policies and abide by it.
∎ Humanitarian Principles must be upheld in daily implementation.
∎ Implement all work-related activities with a gender, disability and child protection lens, taking into account the different needs, concerns and ideas of the SARPV`s staff and beneficiaries

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year's professional experience in CMAM preferred.
∎ Ability to work flexibly including weekends and willingness to travel and work in remote island area and live in basic conditions.
∎ Good communication and presentation skills
∎ Language: Must be proficient in English and Bangla in both writing and speaking
Salary: Negotiable
