Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• MBBS from a recognized medical institution.

• MS / FCPS / FRCS in Cardiac Surgery.

• Valid BMDC registration is mandatory.

• Age At least 30 years

• Assist the Chief Cardiac Surgeon in various cardiac and thoracic surgeries including CABG, ASD, VSD Valve Replacementand other related CTVS procedures.

• Ensure proper preparation of patients, instruments, and equipment before surgery.

• Participate actively in intraoperative management, maintaining a sterile field and assisting in critical surgical steps.

• Monitor patient condition during and after surgery, ensuring all clinical protocols are followed.

• Coordinate with anesthesia, perfusion medical technologists and nursing teams for smooth OT workflow.

• Maintain accurate and complete surgical records and operative notes.

• Assist in postoperative patient care and participate in ICU and ward rounds as assigned.

• Ensure compliance with hospital safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards.

• Support the department in academic, research, and training activities.
