Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have Bachelor of Arts or related degree , with work experience in nutrition programme.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Admission and discharge of eligible beneficiary (pregnant, lactating women and children aged 6-59 months) in supplementary feeding program
∎ Warm welcoming to the caregivers and beneficiaries
∎ Admission of all eligible beneficiaries and checking referral document at admission in in BSFP program.
∎ Registration of the beneficiary’s information (name, address, nutritional status/weight, referral sources, ID number etc.)
∎ Taking anthropometric measurement of under five children, pregnant and lactating women periodically and keeping proper record
∎ Discharge of eligible beneficiary and recording of all necessary information about beneficiaries at discharge.
∎ Promotion of proper storage and utilization of supplementary food and medicine distributed to pregnant and lactating women and under five children
∎ Keep record of daily utilization of food ration and medicine in BSFP for PLW and under five children
∎ Promote proper storage and utilization of medicine and supplementary food at HH level by the beneficiary
∎ Facilitate home visit and follow up of beneficiary at HHs level if required
∎ Promotion of good health and nutrition care during pregnancy and lactation period
∎ Give feedback to beneficiaries on her weight gaining and nutritional status during visit at center.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year experience in data collection and registration in a nutrition and health program.
∎ Have knowledge on management of acute malnutrition, taking anthropometric measurement, supplementary feeding distribution
∎ Clear and understandable hand writing,
∎ Ability to read, write and understand English
∎ Sound knowledge about local culture & local language.
∎ Flexibility in work as required by supervisor.
∎ Ability to work in a team
