Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Sales Target both quantity and value
∎ Monitor & coordinate the activities of Sales Forces
∎ Monitor the activities of the Distributors & their field forces.
∎ Implement the Company Objectives in the market.
∎ Ensure realization of 100% receivables/credit related to primary sales.
∎ Ensure the arrangement and maintenance of the updated market and route wise party list.
∎ Visit and ensure productivity of respective area
∎ Ensure merchandising at the outlets in his region
∎ Provide regular feedback to the Management.
∎ Identify and solve market related problems.
∎ Motivate the Sales Forces for achieving 100% target.
∎ Train the Sales Forces regarding product knowledge and professional skill development.
∎ Sales administrative activities in collaboration with line management
