Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve targets.
∎ Attain category/ SKU wise monthly sales and collection targets.
∎ Ensure outlet coverage, product visibility, and availability through collaborations with the sales team.
∎ Visit outlets and distributors' warehouses regularly to control damage and expiry.
∎ Keep close eyes on competitors' activities, collect market information, and propose counteraction plans.
∎ Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objectives.
∎ Understand the market potential as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Develop, lead and train the sales team for best performance.
∎ Manage operations efficiently to ensure maximum coverage of products.
∎ Develop & maintain strong relationship with dealers & other stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have at least 2 years of experience in Modern Trade.
∎ Must have at least 2 years of experience in Retail Trade.
∎ Must have Institutional/ Corporate sales experience.
∎ Must have 3 years of experience in imported food items.
Salary: Negotiable
