∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and supervising the regular activities.
∎ Monitor the activities of distributor and Dealer.
∎ Responsible for primary lifting & secondary sales.
∎ Regular reporting to supervisor.
∎ Forecasting for the future based on market analysis.
∎ Manage sales including preparing of Area wise sales target, formulating incentive for Field Force, Expense monitoring, setting tour program
∎ Formulate agenda of monthly sales meeting for the supervisors, Area meeting; evaluation of Field Forces performance Plan, organize and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective
∎ Plan, develop & implement sales operation in the organization
∎ Implement and evaluate product launching and promotional activities
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidance for upgrading weak market
∎ Keep the team member motivated to attain any assigned job and providing effective training to all level of team members in that area.
∎ Develop proper forecast planning and inventory management in the depot and customer level
∎ Build a strong network building in the segment of Traders and End-users.
∎ Visit regular of external customer distributors and all level of the customer to get regular and situation oriented support.
∎ Develop strategic sales plan along to exploit potential regional markets
∎ Use leadership techniques to motivate and develop Sales Supervisors and identify the training needs of our associates and implementing training programs to build up professionalism
∎ Keep up to date information of competitor's products and ensure fair communication from customers to Management and Management to Customers
∎ Ensure sales distribution .Merchandising ,Display works which are carried out company's objects.
∎ Manage Distributors, Wholesalers ,Retailers and departmental stores to achieve the goal.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years of experiences for RSM & Minimum 5 years of experiences for TSM.
∎ Good communication & presentation skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Problem solving & analytical ability.
∎ Ready to work under pressure.
∎ Well conversant with MS Office.
∎ Team Leading Capacity.

Salary: Negotiable
