∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Dealer Management, Distribution Sales, Marketing and Sales, Territory sales, Working under pressure
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Electric Wire/Cable, Engineering Firms

Job Context:
∎ SEED BANGLA LTD, under its environment protection mandate, focuses on Alternative and Renewable Energy projects like Rooftop Solar Power, Solar Home Systems, Electrical Energy effecient high quality switch-socket, low-voltage apparatus marketing etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant should have knowledge about electric product sales & marketing and team management.
∎ Candidates must have experience in dealer sales network in sales
∎ Capable of handling existing dealers and to create new dealers for gap markets under assigned territory;
∎ Dynamic enough to create dealers/ resellers in every market place of the appointed region;
∎ Have to achieve sales target by developing territory sales plan and increase coverage at uncovered area through market visit;
∎ To prepare and implement annual sales strategy for all products with a timetable of specific objectives to be achieved.
∎ To lead and manage a professional sales team through Field Sales Managers and to achieve the company's goal.
∎ To train and coach the team members through accompanying calls and close supervision.
∎ To ensure field forces' sales per month.
∎ Achieve the monthly & yearly value sales target and product wise target.
∎ Monitor sales and collection of Field Managers & Field Officers to ensure continuous sales growth.
∎ Develop and maintain constant relationship with all doctors to increase prescription share.
∎ Develop & maintain relationship with all chemists to ensure business and product availability.
∎ Monitor & ensure implementation of company policy.
∎ Identify business opportunity & develop new business.
∎ Very clear knowledge about every competitor's price and program offerings;
∎ Monitor all the activities of the region to ensure continuous regional development.
∎ Analyze sales & orders and take corrective measure where it declines.
∎ Develop Field Managers & Field Officers to improve their skill.
∎ To structure and organize the sales-force to achieve maximum coverage of all target contacts.
∎ To organize regular meetings by keeping close contacts with electrical community. Positive mentality and physical fitness to travel all over Bangladesh;
∎ Ability to work independently with the pace of time under pressure;
∎ Excellent communication and Interpersonal skill.
