Switch Cafe is a rapidly growing tea and coffee beverage manufacturing and supply company based in Cumilla. We are committed to delivering premium-quality products and expanding our distribution network across Bangladesh.

We operate through a dealer-based distribution model, supplying our products directly to retail shops via our registered dealers.

We’re Looking For:
Motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Sales Representative (SR).

What We’re Looking For:

• Visit retail shops within the assigned area under your dealer network

• Promote Switch Cafe products and increase product placement in shops

• Support dealers in expanding coverage and increasing sales volume

• Take orders from shops and coordinate with dealers for supply

• Ensure product availability and proper visibility at shop level

• Collect payments (if required) and track outstanding dues

• Achieve assigned sales targets

• Share regular market feedback, competitor insights, and demand trends

Requirements:

• Education: HSC / Diploma in Electrical / Diploma in Electronics

• Strong interest in field sales and distribution work

• Good communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

• Willingness to travel within assigned territory

• Previous experience in sales is a plus (not mandatory)

What We Offer:

• Salary: BDT 12,000 – 20,000 (based on experience)

• Lunch Allowance: BDT 100 per working day

• Transport Allowance: Company-provided motorcycle or BDT 3,000/month

• Residence Support:

                > Outside Cumilla: BDT 1,000/month
                > Within Cumilla: Company-provided accommodation

• Monthly sales targets with commission

• Two Festival Bonuses

• Annual Profit Sharing:

              > 2% of company profit allocated for employees
              > 1% dedicated to employee health support
              > 1% distributed among employees based on company policy
