Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Commerce
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain books and records for transaction through Quick Book software and need to be updated on daily Basis:
∎ Ensure to send invoices to clients / customers on daily basis;
∎ Maintain petty cash book and reconcile the bank account periodically.
∎ Maintain receipts and payment vouchers ledgers and related financial registers.
∎ Prepare the monthly payroll and calculate the tax liability of each employees;
∎ Ensure all necessary Tax & Vat deduction from various sources & deposit to Govt. Treasury within the stipulated time.
∎ Preparation of 75A, 108 and 108A as per ITO-1984 and submit to Tax Authority in stipulated time;
∎ Prepare monthly & yearly Financial Statement to fulfill as per Government policy.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about VAT, Labor law and Companies Act;
∎ Communicate with customer regarding Outstanding amount on weekly basis and recover money accordingly;
∎ Ensure to prepare and submission Tax return and VAT return with appropriate Code and deposit to Govt. Treasury in Time:
∎ Preparation of profit and loss for each SBU.
∎ Any other task as assigned by management from time to time.
