Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Proven experience in solar marketing, sales, or project execution
Prior experience in EPC companies, renewable energy firms, or relevant product marketing roles is highly preferred
Experience in Tender documentation will be given preference
Demonstrated track record in C&I solar project development or business development
AutoCAD – PV layout design, single-line diagrams (SLD), and technical drawings
SketchUp – 3D modeling and project visualization
PVsyst – Energy yield simulation and performance analysis
PVSOL – System design and optimization
PVGIS – Solar resource assessment and irradiation analysis
MS Office Suite – Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for solar PV projects (CAPEX & OPEX)
Identify, engage, and manage corporate, commercial, and industrial (C&I) clients
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, bills of quantities (BOQs), and client presentations
Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and feasibility assessments
Prepare preliminary and detailed PV system designs tailored to client requirements
Perform energy yield analysis and system simulations to optimize project outcomes
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure seamless delivery
Support contract negotiation processes and drive projects to successful closure
Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing after-sales coordination
Documents preparation for Tender
