Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Establish and manage a robust dealer/distributor network to drive market penetration.
∎ Lead, supervise, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve performance goals.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales activities, market trends, and competitor behavior.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and recommend effective sales approaches.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare and present sales forecasts and reports.
∎ Ensure excellent after-sales service support in coordination with service and operations teams.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to plan regional campaigns, promotions, and brand activation activities.
∎ Train dealers and field staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
∎ Maintain compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and ethical standards.
