Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Establish and manage a robust dealer/distributor network to drive market penetration.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales activities, market trends, and competitor behavior.
Identify new business opportunities and recommend effective sales approaches.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare and present sales forecasts and reports.
Ensure excellent after-sales service support in coordination with service and operations teams.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan regional campaigns, promotions, and brand activation activities.
Train dealers and field staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Maintain compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and ethical standards.
