- 5–7 years of progressive field sales leadership in FMCG
- Strong expertise in territory and distributor management
- Experience in multinational or large local FMCG organizations preferred

- Expertise in SWOT analysis, competitor benchmarking & route-to-market strategy
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing sales teams
- Proficiency in CRM systems, trade marketing, and sales execution
- Balanced approach between strategic planning and field-level execution
- High business acumen with a growth and performance mindset
- Proven experience in managing a large regional sales team (minimum 20–30 members, including ZSI/SO supervisors).
- Strong ability to design and execute market expansion plans and channel development strategies.
- Capable of driving numeric and weighted distribution growth through effective route coverage.
- Experienced in budget planning, sales forecasting, and ROI analysis for regional operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with distributors and trade partners.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting tools (CRM / HRIS / Sales Tracker).
- Willing to travel extensively across assigned territories.
- Must have a valid driving license and readiness for frequent field visits.
