• Sound market understanding of the Powder Milk industry

• Capability to work under pressure and deliver results

• Proficiency in MS Office & sales reporting tools

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and target-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our Powder Milk sales operations under Akij Dairy Limited. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Powder Milk / Dairy / Nutrition FMCG and strong leadership capabilities to manage regional sales performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Achievement

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Powder Milk in the assigned region.

• Ensure proper SKU-wise sales performance and market penetration.

• Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, guide, and supervise the Subordinates

• Provide coaching, training, and regular performance evaluations.

• Conduct market visits to ensure execution excellence.

Distribution & Market Development

• Strengthen numeric and weighted distribution for Powder Milk products.

• Identify new market opportunities and optimize route-to-market (RTM).

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.

Trade Marketing & Market Insights

• Implement trade marketing activities, schemes, and visibility plans.

• Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and market movements.

• Provide timely market insights and reports to management.

5. Operational Excellence

• Ensure adequate stock availability at distributor points.

• Maintain strict compliance with company SOPs, reporting formats, and sales processes.

• Prepare business forecasts, territory reports, and performance analysis.
