Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Prepare Yearly Business Plan Quarterly cycle plan Yearly Marketing plan
∎ Monitoring & Flow-up a Large Number of Marketing team
∎ Day To Day and Implementation of set Marketing policies, strategies to Achieve sales Target.
∎ Prepare Annual Sales Forecast by measuring the market demand
∎ Responsible to set up modern and effective sales &Distribution Strategy
∎ Ensure the successful achievement of the company sales goal across all it Regions.
∎ Create and develop Programs for national sales& ensure its Implementation
∎ Strong Leadership capabilities to manage the sales team coordinate with transmission team
∎ Prepare daily sales report through higher management.
∎ Prepare report for management sales report sales forecast, target setup market analysis etc.
∎ Prepare competitors sales& activities report.
∎ Hire & develop a team strong performers for effective sales & distribution
∎ Motivating the sales team to achieve the best result
∎ Continual Training and development of all members of the sales development.
∎ Attending all meetings with others seniors management of the business.
∎ Develop and maintain relationship with key Business contacts to achieve mutual benefits
∎ Develop Ideas and create offers for direct sales to retail customer
∎ Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planed way
∎ Carry out market research competitors and customers surveys.
∎ Liaison with top management of the company.
∎ To maintain all kinds of official correspondence and maintain of all staff.
∎ Ensure Timely develop of different report to the head office.
