Position Summary
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale sales operations, developing high-level strategies, and leading a team to expand the company's footprint in the poultry, fish, and cattle feed sectors.
The Area Manager focuses on ground-level execution, maintaining distributor relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met within specific assigned territories.
Core Responsibilities
Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.
Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and grow the customer base.
Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train the sales team; monitor and feedback on performance.
Financials: Prepare and manage regional sales budgets, forecasts, and projections.
Reporting: Present performance reports to senior management and ensure policy compliance.
Sales Execution: Implement localized sales plans to meet growth targets for all feed categories.
