Responsibilities & Context:

Position Summary

  • As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale sales operations, developing high-level strategies, and leading a team to expand the company's footprint in the poultry, fish, and cattle feed sectors.

  • The Area Manager focuses on ground-level execution, maintaining distributor relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met within specific assigned territories.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.

  • Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and grow the customer base.

  • Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train the sales team; monitor and feedback on performance.

  • Financials: Prepare and manage regional sales budgets, forecasts, and projections.

  • Reporting: Present performance reports to senior management and ensure policy compliance.

  • Sales Execution: Implement localized sales plans to meet growth targets for all feed categories.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with local clients, distributors, and stakeholders.

  • Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries and provide product solutions.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct field research on competitor activities and customer preferences.

  • Operations: Ensure cost-effective operations while maximizing profitability within the area.
