Responsibilities & Context:

Sales Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and profitability targets.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.

  • Drive promotional campaigns and customer acquisition strategies tailored to the regional market.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the performance of store-level sales teams.

  • Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team, ensuring consistent tracking and performance reviews.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Operations and Compliance:

  • Ensure all retail outlets adhere to company policies, regulatory compliance, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Collaborate with the supply chain and inventory teams to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.

  • Address customer feedback and operational issues at the store level promptly.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and business updates to the Head of Operations or management team.

  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and loyalty programs.

  • Work closely with the operations team to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
