∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Diploma in Automobile in Automobile
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidates

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales and Marketing, Handling Distributors or Dealers, International/ Export Marketing, Mass Transportation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Growth Strategies of Regions and Zones. Work with individual regions in the area and work out an action plan for growth strategies
∎ Lead and schedule weekly and monthly team meetings with the sales team and leadership to give them productive instruments and positive influence towards business.
∎ Make a plan to increase Modern Trade sales with less promotion and trade offer. Which will give very good company net profit
∎ Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Executives and Area Manager to provide insight for the improvement of their activity performance.
∎ Activity participates in industrial-related association events.
∎ Conduct all sales activities in accordance with company policies and procedures and in accordance with all applicants.
∎ Make a Monthly review meeting (MRM) report and give a presentation to MD, Director (Marketing), HEAD of Sales, and NSM. Here present all related department person (Sales team, Marketing department, Dealer development, sales admin, etc.).
∎ Develop strategies and objectives with regard to revenue, profitability, new products, new business and market opportunities
∎ Make a plan distribution network through new outlets and implement the same as per the desire of the management by the co-operation of the Dealer development team.
∎ To lead a team in a structured, effective and accountable manner.
∎ To maintain & follow up all types of sales and marketing related activities as daily and monthly basis.
∎ Make a sales & marketing plan for respective area and ensure its proper implementation aligning with the business need
∎ Frequently visit Dealer showroom and check showroom operation and sales process with given necessary guidelines after that make an improvement plan. Also frequently visit competitor's outlets to observe and collect the necessary information.
∎ Ready to work for indoor and outdoor sales and marketing activities.
∎ Any other works desired by the authority related to sales and marketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in industrial/corporate sales.
∎ Experience in industrial sales from Lubricant/Oil industries will get preference.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Word & Excel.
∎ The applicant must be hard worker and honest.
∎ No need to apply who is already applied before and have no experience in industrial sector.

Salary: Negotiable
